Gardner-Webb soccer alum among victims of Las Vegas shooting

CLEVELAND COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A former college soccer player in our state is in a coma after being shot in the head during Sunday's mass shooting in Las Vegas.

Tina Frost graduated from Gardner-Webb University in 2012.

Frost is being treated for brain swelling after a bullet hit her eye, which caused her eye to be removed and replaced with an implant.

Her father posted on Facebook that she is becoming more responsive.
