On Thursday, Sheriff Johnny Barnes announced that Keith Patrick, 46, of Roper, Joshua Arnold, 29, of Plymouth, and Nicholas Patrick, 30, of Creswell were arrested for accessory after the fact of first degree murder.

It was back on September 18th that that Marvin Lewis, 27, was charged with accessory after the fact of first degree murder. It was later upgraded to murder with a grand jury indictment on November 9th.

Sheriff Barnes says that more arrests are anticipated.

The 38-year-old Swain was last seen leaving a 2008 Super Bowl party in Creswell. Court records say the man was murdered on February 4th, 2008.

Back in 2008, authorities say the victim had his father's pickup truck that was involved in a chase with deputies. The truck ended up crashing on Deep Creek Road and the driver got away.

Sheriff Barnes says they now believe Lewis was driving the truck that night.

Washington County deputies and the SBI searched two properties in late August on Alligood Road for the body of Swain. Lewis lives at one of those homes, but deputies haven't said exactly what they found nor if they have recovered the body of Swain.

During the search of the properties, David Lewis, Sr. and David Lewis, Jr. were both arrested on unrelated charges. The older Lewis was arrested on firearm charges, while his son was picked up on drug charges.

Lewis is being held under a $2 million bond, while the other three suspects in the case have $250,000 bonds.
