GREENVILLE, NC (WITN) - A local, non-profit organization is looking to expand resources for children diagnosed with autism.
The 4th Annual Aces for Autism Dinner Auction will take place on Monday, October 16th at 6:30 p.m. at the Greenville Convention Center.
The event works to raise money to provide applied behavioral analysis therapy for children with autism.
Currently, Aces for Autism serves 20 children in eastern Carolina,. Officials say one in every 58 children will be diagnosed with some form of autism.
The funds will also go towards a 26,000 square foot facility to serve children throughout all of eastern Carolina.
