D.H. Conley HIgh School - Jaxon Wiley

JAXON WILEY
BIOGRAPHY:
My name is Jaxon Wiley. I spent the first 11 years of my life in Boone, NC. My father is a college football coach and my mother is a marriage and family therapist. I have a brother, Lucas (16) and a sister, Megan (26). At the end of my fifth grade year, we moved from Boone to Greenville. The most important things in my life are family, learning, and sports. I am very thankful for my family because they have given me the nurturing and support I needed to prepare me to reach my full potential as a human being. In my elementary years, I attended a charter school. This is where my self-motivated love of learning was first cultivated. I believe this self-motivation has transferred to other areas of my life as well. I thrive on the challenge of excelling in all my endeavors but especially in education and sports. I have set many personal goals that I have achieved or am continuing to strive for. I expect a lot of myself because I have been fortunate to be born into a loving family where I have been afforded many opportunities and had the benefit of every type of support one needs to be in a position to excel in life. I am profoundly appreciative and will live by the bible verse, “To whom much is given, much is expected” by finding ways to use my mind and talents to give back to other people and the world.
