Ayden-Grifton High School - Joseph Lutz

JOSEPH LUTZ
BIOGRAPHY:
My name is Joseph Lutz and I am graduating from Ayden Grifton High School this year. I am the eldest child in a family of four and was born and raised in Pitt County. I am a lifelong member of St. James United Methodist Church where I have enjoyed participating in the youth ministry and numerous service projects. Ayden Grifton has provided a small environment for me to excel in, both academically and personally. I am a member of the National Honor Society and Future Business Leaders of America. I currently serve as a senior member of the Ayden-Grifton Link Crew. For the last four years, I have been a member of the Ayden-Grifton Quiz Bowl team, and this year I have been honored to serve as team captain. The team has proudly represented the school as the winner of the Pitt County Public Library Quiz Bowl competition twice in the last four years as well as in numerous competitions statewide. On a more personal note, my passion is gaming. I spend most of my free time doing so with my friends. I intend to pursue that passion in college while by obtaining a degree in Computer Engineering. After college, I hope to find employment allowing me to further my education in a related graduate program and foster my entrepreneurial aspirations.
