Jacksonville Teen Hits A High Note In Nashville

A Jacksonville teen belted out the right notes to win big in the music city.

16 year-old gospel singer Kaira Miller of Southwest High school has won a gospel Stellar Award in the children's performance of the year category.

It was for her album "In God's Time which features the song "it ain't over".

Miller received the award at the 24th annual Stellar Awards at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee last night.

The Stellar Awards recognizes talent and their musical efforts in the gospel industry.
