Throughout high school, I’ve pushed myself to get involved in every way possible. My senior year has consisted of mostly AP classes that have been tough at times, but have been worth it. I’ve also served as National Honor Society and Math Club President, as well as play on the varsity volleyball and softball teams. I’ve also volunteered at the Kinston Community Council for the Arts and at the Neuseway Planetarium. I have also helped preserve an aspect of North Carolina’s history; The American Freedom Bell at the Charlotte Museum of History in Charlotte, North Carolina, through the North Carolina Society Children of the American Revolution. I’ve been busy, but these activities have helped me get ready as I enter Meredith College in the fall to major in Exercise and Sports Science so I can later become a Physical Therapist.
