My dad is a United States Marine so I have had the opportunity to live in many different amazing places around the world. Our family moved to Camp Lejeune during the summer before my freshman year. Being a military dependent, I am extremely fortunate that I only had to attend one high school all four years.
I have worked hard these four years to be successful both in the classroom and on the baseball diamond. Baseball has taught me about teamwork, sportsmanship, time management and hard work. These traits have translated into success in the classroom and in life. I am currently the President of our Student 2 Student program, Vice President of our National Honor Society, and Co-captain of our baseball team. I spend my off time mentoring children of Wounded Warriors.
Next year, I will attend Christopher Newport University. I plan on majoring in History with a minor in Communications.
I want to thank everyone who has supported me and believed in me throughout my high school years.
Congratulations to the Class of 2013!
