Jakeina Sutton

BIOGRAPHY:
Hi, my name is Jakeina Sutton. I am a senior at Wallace Rose Hill High School. I was born with a condition known as Cardiomyopathy (enlarged heart). On December 14, 1994 I received my very first transplant. My parents and grandparents gave me a near normal childhood. Having several rejections over the years my heart function began to fail, I then soon needed another heart and kidney. Having such major problems in my life it caused me to have a very tough high school career. I plan to attend St. Augustine's college this fall to major in nursing. Even though I had a hard high school career I was determined to graduate no matter what got in my way. With problems like these school becomes very hard, with all the minor setbacks. I believe I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me and that all things are possible with God.
