Ginny Simpson

BIOGRAPHY:
My name is Ginny Simpson and I’m a senior at Rosewood High School. Throughout my high school career I have been involved in many different extra-curricular activities. I am the president of the FFA and FTA, and vice president of the NHS. I have also played on the Lady Eagles varsity soccer team for the last two years. I am very involved in my church. I am the president of my youth group and participate in community service activities such as Relay for Life and the Walk for Hunger.

The FFA has made me the person I am today. As a freshman, I was extremely quiet but participating in FFA events helped me come out my shell. This year I had the amazing opportunity to host a Future Farmer of Japan student. This gave me the chance to see and be a part of a whole different culture. I never would have been given this opportunity if it weren’t for the FFA. I would like to thank my advisor for her encouragement and support in everything I did.

I would like to thank God for everything He has blessed me with. I would also like to thank my parents, family, friends, and the staff at Rosewood High School for all of their love, support and encouragement these last four years.

I plan to attend Western Carolina University in the fall and major in forensic science. I plan on working in either the SBI or FBI forensic lab.
