Skills USA has helped me become a positive role model for others. In addition, it has helped me develop leadership skills and given me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone to complete challenging tasks. I have served as a local officer, Regional Secretary, and was currently elected to serve as a Post-Secondary State Officer for the 2011-2012 school year.
I would like to thank God for all of the wonderful blessings I have received thus far. I would also like to thank my parents, family, friends, and the staff at Creswell High School for all of their amazing love and support throughout my high school years which has helped me become the person I am today.
In the fall I plan to attend East Carolina University to pursue a degree in Business Administration. After gaining work experience in the business field I plan to obtain a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business and move to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue my dream career as a music manager.
