Three Banana Puddings for the Price of One Wednesday, July 17, 2013

Ingredients

Extremely Dark Banana Pudding
1 pkg. Dark chocolate instant pudding (5 ¼ oz.)
2 cup. milk
8 oz. sour cream
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
Oreo crumbles
4-5 Chiquita Bananas (sliced)
8 oz. whipped topping
Whisk first 2 items, add next 2 items mixing thoroughly. Crush a few Oreos. Layer Oreo crumbles, bananas and pudding mixture. Top with whipped topping.

Directions

Heart Friendly Banana Pudding
1 (5 ¼ oz.) pkg. Fat Free/Sugar Free instant vanilla pudding
2 cups Skim Milk
8 oz. pkg. low fat cream cheese
1 can low fat Eagle Brand Milk
4-5 Chiquita Bananas (sliced)
1 box (5 oz.) ‘Home Free’ gluten free cookies (broken)
8 oz. Low fat whipped topping
Whisk first 2 items, cream together next 2 items, then add to pudding mixture, mixing thoroughly. Fold in bananas and ‘Home Free’ cookies. Top with whipped topping.


‘Moon Pie’ Banana Pudding
1 (5 ¼ oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 cup Milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
6 Mini Banana Moon Pies
4-5 Chiquita Bananas (sliced)
Whisk first 2 items, cream together next 2 items, then add to pudding mixture, mixing thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip. Cut ‘Moon Pies’ into 9 portions. Fold in bananas and ‘Moon Pies’.
