A Dollywood Recipe

6oz. Chicken Breast
Hoagie Bun
Boom Boom Sauce*


Grill Chicken breast with desired seasoning on it until it reaches 165 degrees. Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into 5-6 strips. Place the chicken strips into the hoagie bun, top with boom boom sauce, lettuce, and tomato.

*While Dollywood did not give us the recipe for the Boom Boom Sauce, let me give you MY recipe for it. This is simply based on my tasting of it. Feel free to do your own interpretation.

Almost Boom Boom Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Kraft French dressing
1 tsp hot sauce (or to taste)

blend together and use instead of mayo on chicken or other sandwiches.
