Ingredients

In a 9x13" dish which has been sprayed with cooking oil spray:

3 potatoes, peeled and sliced to make 1 layer potatoes
2 onions, peeled and sliced to make 1 layer onions
1 lb lean ground beef, browned to make 1 layer ground beef
1 large bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips to make 1 layer bell peppers
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Mix Cream of Mushroom soup and tomato sauce with 1/2 can water. Heat. Pour over casserole. Cook until done (approximately 1 hour). Add Mozzarella and Cheddar on top and cook until melted.
