A great Grainger County Tomato Recipe

12 oz. pasta (your choice)
1/2 green bell pepper, finely chopped
3 medium tomatoes, diced and drained
3/4 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste


Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate to chill. Serve chilled.
