2 lbs confectioners sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 lb butter
1/2 lb Velveeta style cheese (I use Cheezy Does It)
1 tsp vanilla
Nuts if you want them
In a large bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cocoa. In a heavy saucepan on medium low heat or in a microwave proof bowl, melt the butter cheese. Stir to mix. Pour into the sugar mixture and mix together. This will take some work but it will mix. When about half mixed, stir in vanilla and continue to mix. The finished fudge should have about the consistency of Pla-Dough. Mix in nuts if desired. Press into a lightly greased 9x13" dish. Allow to sit about 30 minutes before cutting into squares. By the way, I often use about half the recipe without nuts and mix nuts into the remainder. Then everyone gets what they want.
