Ingredients

1 cup White or Yellow Corn Meal
1 cup cold water
1 14 1/4 oz can chicken broth
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan or Romano cheese (or a mix of the two)

Directions

Mix corn meal with cold water. Bring broth, water and salt to boiling. Gradually stir corn meal mixture into boiling liquid. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in grated cheese. Cook, uncovered, over low heat about 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
