1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
3 TBSP ground cinnamon
3 (12 ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough
1/2 cup butter
Sprinkle nuts in bottom of a greased and floured Bundt pan. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Cut biscuits into fourths, and roll each piece in the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Layer biscuits in pan. Melt butter and dissolve the remainder of the sugar mixture in it. Spoon over biscuits. Bake in a preheated 350 deg oven for 35 minutes. Turn out onto a platter, and serve.
If you prefer, you can do the same thing with frozen roll dough. Use 2 1 lb pkgs of dough and allow to almost thaw. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and proceed to place in the pan as above. Cover and allow to double in bulk and bake as directed. It is more trouble, but it is good.
