Ingredients

5 lb bag lettuce
1 quart diced tomatoes
1/2 lb cornbeef, sliced
2 cups Swiss cheese
2 to 3 cups sauerkraut (drained)
1 lb croutons

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl and serve with thousand island dressing.
