Easy Christmas Macaroons Friday, November 20, 2009


1 roll sugar cookie dough
2 1/4 cups coconut
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tsp vanilla


In a large bowl, break up cookie dough and allow it to come to room temperature. Blend in remaining ingredients. Drop by tspfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 deg about 10 to 12 minutes or until just lightly browned. Allow to cool a couple of minutes on the baking sheet before removing to a rack to cool.
