Seven Layer Cookies November 13, 2009


1 stick butter
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk


Melt butter in a 9x13” baking pan. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the bottom of the pan. Pat down. Sprinkle the chocolate chips, then the butterscotch chips, walnuts and coconut evenly. Be sure to get the layers as even as possible and be sure that they are all the way up into the corners. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk evenly over all. Bake in 325 deg oven about 25 minutes or until brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
