Vidalia Onion Dip Wednesday, April 4, 2007
Recipe by Marilyn Kesterson
4 cups coarsley chopped Vidalia onions
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheese ( I use Mexican 3 cheeses)
Combine all ingredients. Place in lightly buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes or until nicely browned on top. Serve with bagel chips. [or with Frito’s scoops].
