1 2 lb pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
8 oz cubed process cheese
2 cups half and half
1/2 cup butter
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Place potatoes in a 9x13" baking dish. In a saucepan on the stovetop or in the microwave on low, melt together cheese and butter. When melted, blend in the half and half. Pour mixture over potatoes and cover pan with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes more.
