Layla Kiffen

2 cans black beans, drained
2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1 can corn, drained
1 avocado, peeled and cubed
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
Mexican cheese, to taste (optional)
Cilantro, chopped, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste


In large bowl mix all ingredients together. Place covered in refrigerator and let sit overnight. Serve with chips.
