Southwest Tuna Noodle Bake Wednesday, October 28, 2009

Ingredients

Inspired by a recipe in Simple and Delicious magazine

1 16 oz pkg egg noodles
2 1/2 cups milk
2 6 oz cans water packed tuna
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
2 cups tortilla chips, crushed

Directions

Cook noodles according to pkg directions. Meanwhile, combine milk, drained tuna, soups, cheese and chilies. Drain noodles and gently stir in tuna mixture. Turn into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and bake uncovered at 350 deg for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
