1/2 lb Elm Hill Thick Sliced Bologna
Salt and pepper to taste
Fry bologna in skillet over medium heat. Spread slices of bread lightly with mayo and use lettuce and tomato to your taste. Salt and pepper lightly. This may be made as a single layer sandwich with 2 slices of bread or as a club sandwich with three slices of bread.
By the way, this works great with bacon fried crisp instead of the bologna. It’s called bacon, lettuce and tomato.
