Slow Cooker Asian Pork Roast Monday, February 26, 2007

Ingredients

4 pounds pork roast, trimmed of all fat possible
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

Combine soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup and garlic. Brush all over the roast. Place in crockpot and pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours. Slice and serve with the good gravy.
