8 slices Kern’s thin sliced bread
8 thin slices Lay’s boiled ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
2 cups milk
1 TBSP mustard
Make sandwiches with 2 slices of ham with one slice of Swiss cheese. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish which has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Beat eggs together with milk and mustard. Pour milk mixture over sandwiches and let stand for 4 hours or overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until brown and custard has set. Serve hot or at room temperature.
