Dale’s Stir Fry Vegetables Wednesday, July 29, 2009


1 clove of garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, cut into 1” stips
1 sweet red pepper, cut into 1 “ strips
1 cup of mushrooms, quartered
1 8-oz. can of sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 1/2 tsp of cornstarch
1 tsp of sugar
1/4 cup water
2 TBSP Dale’s Seasoning


Combine water and Dale’s. Combine mixture with cornstarch and sugar. Stir well, and set aside. Coat wok or skillet well with vegetable spray. Allow to heat at medium-high for one minute. Add pepper, onions and garlic. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and water chestnuts, and stir fry for 2 more minutes. Add cornstarch mixture, reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened
