1 lemon supreme cake mix
1 package instant lemon pudding mix
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup key lime juice (Nellie & Joe's) Available at Food City
2 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 cup key lime juice


Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, 1/2 cup key lime juice and vegetable oil.
Beat 2 min. on medium speed with electric mixer. Pour batter into a greased and flowered 13-by9-by2inch pan. Bake 350 deg for 35 min. Cool in pan on wire rack.
Combine confectioners sugar and 1/4 cup key lime juice. Whisk and drizzle over cake.
Chill and cut into squares. Yield 15 to 18 servings.
It's even better the next day and keeps well in refrigerator for several days.
