Ingredients

7in Hoagie Bun
3 oz. Beef Sirloin Steak
3 oz. Sautéed Onion and Pepper Mixture
1 oz. Cheese Sauce

Directions

Slice the beef sirloin and cook in a skillet and season with your favorite seasoning until done. Saute the onion and pepper mixture in butter and seasoning. Place the cooked meat and the onion and pepper mixture onto the hoagie bun. Top with your choice of cheese sauce.
