2 lbs frozen meatballs
1 cup ketchup
1 cup barbeque sauce (your favorite will be just right)
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
Cook meatballs according to package directions. Mix sauce ingredients and bring to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes. Set slow cooker on warm (or low if you do not have warm as a choice); add meatballs and pour sauce over.
If you prefer to make your own meatballs, here is a good recipe.
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Mix beef, Worcestershire sauce, evaporated milk and soup mix. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place, not touching, on a baking sheet with sides and bake at 350 deg about 25 minutes or until meatballs are browned and cooked through. Turn a couple of times to prevent burning. Proceed as above.
