German Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies Wednesday, July 8, 2009

Ingredients

1 18.25 oz pkg Pillsbury Moist Supreme German Chocolate cake mix
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Heat oven to 350 deg. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; blend well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
