To make the crust
2 cups crumbled/crushed oreo cookies
2 TBSP melted butter
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter until blended. Press into bottom and sides of a 9"pie pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 deg. Allow to cool. Once cooled fill the oreo cookie crust with softened Starbuck’s Coffee Ice Cream. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours before serving. Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
If you cannot find Starbuck’s Coffee ice cream, any good coffee ice cream will work. This is also great to fill the crust with peppermint ice cream.
Candy Cane Cocoa
Fill a ceramic cup with good hot chocolate and stir it with a small candy cane. Drink the cocoa and crunch what is left of the cane.
Sweet Shop Egg Nog
Place 1 scoop of Starbucks Coffee Ice Cream (or your favorite) in a large cup. Fill cup with commercial egg nog and top with whipped topping and chocolate sprinkles.
Mix 1 pkg Hot Chocolate mix with 1 1/3 cup hot water. Mix well. Add 1 ½ quarts half & half until well blended. Keep hot.
