Slow Cooker Camp Fire Beans Wednesday, June 24, 2009

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 15 oz cans pork and beans, undrained
1 15 oz can light red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can lima beans, drained and rinsed
1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Directions

In a large skillet cook the beef and onion until beef has lost all color. Drain. Mix beef with all other ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 or 7 hours or until hot through.
