2 to 3 cups leftover turkey, cubed
2 to 3 cups left over broccoli, chopped or 10 ounces frozen broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 TBSP lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 TBSP paprika


Place turkey in bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan. Cook broccoli; drain and layer in pan. Beat together soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, lemon juice and seasonings. Spoon over broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan and paprika. Bake at 350 deg for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and cooked through.
