Chili Casserole - Friday October 6, 2006

Ingredients

4 cups Fritos, crushed lightly
1 cup onions, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated (American cheese also works well)
1 36 oz can chili with beans

Directions

Spray an 8x8" dish with cooking oil spray. Place half the Fritos in the bottom of the pan. Pour on half the chili and sprinkle with the onions. Spread the remaining chili over the onions and sprinkle on the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining Fritos over the top. Bake in a 350 deg oven about 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Serve hot with a little sour cream for garnish.
