Hample Casserole - Thursday, October 5, 2006

Ingredients

3 cups ham, cubed
3 cups sour dough bread, cubed
2 cups apple, chopped
1 cup each, onion and celery, chopped
16 oz ginger ale (or beer)

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except ginger ale (or beer). Place in a 2 quart casserole which is coated with cooking oil spray. Pour ginger ale (or beer) over. Bake uncovered in a 350 deg oven about one hour or until browned and the juices are thick. Serve hot.
