Hidden Valley Ranch “Family Friendly Food” Contest
Jennifer Hughes of Mascot, 1st place, Tennessee Valley Fair

6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 pkt Hidden Valley - The Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh basil
1/8 cup chopped onions
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 1/2 cup Italian blend shredded cheese
1 Boboli 12” pizza crust


Preheat oven to 450̊F. Fry bacon in skillet. Set aside. Mix together ricotta cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic and fresh basil in small bowl. Spread ricotta cheese mixture on pizza crust. Top with chopped onion and chopped bacon. Place slices of tomato across top of pizza until covered. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of tomatoes. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
