In an ungreased 9x13" oblong pan, mix
3 cups plain flour
2 cups sugar
½ cup cocoa
1 tsp each salt and soda
Make three holes in the above mixture. In one, pour 1 TBSP vinegar, in next, put 2 tsp vanilla and in the third, put 3/4 cup cooking oil. Pour 2 cups water over all and mix well with a fork. Bake 45 minutes at 350 deg.
For Icing Crazy Cake, mix in stick of butter (cut up), ½ cup milk and 1/4 cup cocoa. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Beat in one 1 lb box confectioners sugar. If icing is too thick, add a little hot coffee to thin. Spread on cool cake. Enjoy.
