Ingredients

Shared with us by Ivan Worrell of Sweetwater, Tennessee

1 lb extra lean ground beef (I recommend Food City 93/7)
1 6 oz pkg Stove Top stuffing mix
1 cup water
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
your choice of add ins (see below)

Directions

Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and your choice of add-in. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking oil spray. Make an indention in center of each meatloaf with a spoon and fill with the sauce which matches your add-in. Bake about 30 minutes or until cooked through in a 375 deg oven. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Option 1 American Style
add-in: 1 tsp garlic powder
sauce: your favorite barbecue sauce

Option 2 Italian Style
Add-in: 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Sauce: your favorite spaghetti sauce

Option 3 Mexican Style
Add-in: 2 tsp chili powder
Sauce: your favorite Salsa
