Cranberry Salad Wednesday, December 24, 2008
1 bag cranberries
1 red apple
2 celery stalks
1/2 - 1 cup pecan pieces
1 1/4 cup sugar
Grate orange peel, separate orange sections. Core but do not peel apple. Chop cranberries, apple, celery and orange sections. Stir in sugar, pecans and orange zest.
Please note that I have made this with Splenda and it works fine.
