1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 TBSP grated onion
1 TBSP minced fresh parsley
1 TBSP finely chopped fresh dill
3/4 tsp seasoned salt
Vegetables for dipping
In a bowl, combine all ingredients except vegetables. Cover and chill for at least one hour. Serve with the vegetables of your choice. I prefer celery sticks, broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, or baby carrots.
Please note that this will work with low fat sour cream (not fat free) and low fat mayo as well. This will increase the health quotient of this recipe considerably.
