A recipe from the Glenmore Victorian Mansion

2 gallon apple cider
1 gallon cranberry juice
4 cinnamon sticks
1/2 oz whole cloves


Put first 3 ingredients in a large stock pot and bring to a boil. Put cloves in a spice bag and add to pot. Simmer for several hours. Remove spice bag before serving. The aroma is wonderful.
