Gingersnap Baked Beans Thursday, November 13, 2008

Ingredients

2 28 oz cans Bushs Original Baked Beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup crushed gingersnap cookies

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 deg. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with cooking oil spray. Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake about 45 minutes or until thick and browned.
