Ingredients

2 cups Three Rivers self rising corn meal
1 1/4 cups milk (whole or 2%)
2 large TBSP mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt (opitional)
whites of 2 eggs

Directions

Mix ingredients well, and put into a pre greased, preheated 8 in iron skillett or 8 x8x2 in square baking dish. Bake in 425 - 450 degree preheated oven for 25-30 min .
