Ingredients

Tennessee Valley Fair

1 can Less Sodium SPAM, diced
1 small onion, roughly chopped
1 bell pepper, roughly chopped
1 bag shredded cabbage with carrots
2 TBSP Teriyaki sauce
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 package egg roll wraps
Oil to sauté onion, bell pepper, and egg rolls

Directions

Saute onion and bell pepper in oil until tender, then add cabbage mix, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are slightly translucent. Add diced SPAM into the cabbage mix. Take an egg roll wrap and a heaping spoonful of the filling and roll in an envelope method, seal edges with water. Continue until all filling has been used. Place in 350 deg oil and cook until golden brown. Drain and serve warm with your favorite Asian sauce.
