Apple Stuffing and Pork Chop Bake Wednesday, August 6, 2008


4 pork chops, 1 to 1-1/2-inches thick (boneless are nice for this)
1 6 oz box cornbread stuffing mix
1 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
1 medium apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 TBSP parsley, chopped


Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a casserole dish. Combine stuffing mix, chicken broth, apple, onion and parsley; mix well. Place half in the dish. Layer pork chops on top. Top with rest of stuffing. Bake for 45-50 minutes
