Ingredients

Pizza dough 3.5 lbs
Mozzarella cheese 2 lbs
Pepperoni slices 25 large
Pizza sauce 18 oz

PIZZA DOUGH:
A bonus recipe
Pizza Dough: 1 x 4 x
Flour 4 cups 16 cups
Yeast 1.5 TBSP 6 TBSP
Salt 2 tsp 8 tsp
Olive oil ¼ cup 1 cup
Water-warm 1 2/3 cup 6 cups

Directions

1. Roll out dough to 30 inches
2. Spread sauce over dough evenly
3. Sprinkle cheese and spread on pepperoni.
4. Place in hot 450 degree oven.
5. Cook till golden brown about 8-10 minutes.
6. ENJOY!!



Method for dough:
Add flour, yeast, and salt to mixer and with dough hook mix in yeast. Add oil and mix. On med. Speed slowly pour in warm water, then let dough knead for 6 minutes. Place in pan and rub with olive oil and let rest covered until double in size. About 30 min. Break off pieces of dough to make the size pizza you want. Roll to desired thickness on a board dusted with cornmeal.
