Ingredients

1 lb ricotta cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
3 TBSP flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Beat eggs. Add other ingredients and mix well with fork. Pour into a greased casserole and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
